The Harmony Network Returns Policy
New and unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Harmony Network may be returned within 14 days of delivery for credit towards other store product only. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our shipping center.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Damaged Items may be exchanged for the same item only. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
There are NO CASH REFUNDS on any returned item. All returns are EXCHANGE only. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Please notify us before returns are sent.
